Our Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@chicasana.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely package your item(s) and attach the provided shipping label.
  4. Ship It Back: Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request email. We'll guide you through the exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit.
